To provide continuing education (CE) to post acute clinical staff, resulting in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) at nursing and leadership levels.

The founder, Dr. Asad Zaman MD, having experience of over 15 years of experience in Internal Medicine and post-acute care, identified a concerning gap in care for patients as their medical conditions changed.

To avoid fragmented care for patients, a specialty care group was established, which includes outpatient clinics, hospital affiliations, and post-acute rehabilitation services to promote the continuity in patients care and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.

Lumina Leadership Institute (LLI) is a customized Leadership Program based on the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives. LLI focuses on technical and people-skills, individual and team assessment tools, learning development sessions, coaching and mentoring.
